Monthly Cost: $5,000

A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation. This deposit guarantees your reservation and allows us to prepare for your arrival. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure your stay.

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a partial refund of the deposit under certain conditions:

• Notice of Cancellation: If you provide at least four weeks' notice before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a refund of 20% of your deposit.
  • For example, if your deposit is $500, you will be refunded $100 (20% of $500) if you cancel at least four weeks in advance.
• Cancellation Within Four Weeks: No refund will be issued if you cancel your reservation less than four weeks before your scheduled check-in date. This policy is in place because cancellations close to the date can make it difficult for us to rebook the property, resulting in lost revenue.

To cancel your reservation, please get in touch with us via email. Our team must receive and acknowledge your cancellation request to be considered valid. The date and time of the request will determine eligibility for a partial refund.
