Rules & Regulations

No parties of any kind are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the home; if smoking occurs, a separate deep cleaning fee will be charged. Illegal activity is strictly forbidden. All guests must adhere to the community rules and regulations.

Suitable for four (4) to six (6) guests. Families are welcome upon request.

Our rental season runs from October 1 to March 31 of any calendar year. We require a minimum stay of one month. For stays longer than a month, please contact us directly.

We ask for a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining 50% due on the day of arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, a refund of 20% will be provided for any reason.

The $125.00 cleaning fee.

• General Cleaning: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows.
• Bathroom Sanitization: Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing countertops, sinks, and appliances, and ensuring the kitchen is free of leftover food and debris.
• Laundry: Washing and changing bed linens and towels, ensuring all are fresh for the next guest.
• Trash Removal: Emptying all trash bins and properly disposing of waste.

The primary purpose of the $600 damage fee is to ensure that any damage caused by guests is adequately covered without the property owner having to incur out-of-pocket expenses. This fee can cover:

• Repair Costs: Fixing any damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, or structural elements of the property.
• Replacement Costs: Replacing broken or damaged items such as dishes, linens, or decor.
• Extra Cleaning: Addressing any situations where the property requires more intensive cleaning due to spills, stains, or excessive mess left by guests.
• Minor Maintenance: Covering small maintenance issues that arise from guest use, ensuring the property remains in good condition for future rentals.
